All the products produced by Celloglas Speciality Products are manufactured by reel-to-reel lamination process.

The laminated material whether paper, card or a specialist material is then sheeted to a required size, or in some cases dispatched on the reel.

Certain finished products are stocked in sheet form at our factory in Theale; others are manufactured to the customer's own specification.

Mirri "H" range silver, gold & colours

Smooth, glossy and highly reflective - a material ideal as a base for creative applications in packaging, point of sale, display, brochures, magazines and advertising fields.

This is our highest grade of material; the range is specified to give the best optical mirror quality in a laminate of this type.

This range is available in Silver, Gold, Blue, Copper, Green, Gun-metal, Pink, Purple and Red. We also stock a very high gloss Black.

This is a stock range in 1000 x 700 mm and 450 x 640 mm 420mic/370gsm, 300mic/270gsm, 120mic/140gsm, 110mic/100gsm

Mirri Silks

Laminating glossy Mirri H with an overall Matt laminate produces Mirri Silks. The result is a luxuriously silky metalised paper or board more resistant to finger printing than conventional Mirri H. The mirror like gloss of the original Mirri H can be restored through the application of a spot varnish.

Mirri Pak Ultra

Mirri Laser is a laminate of metalised polyester film to a solid bleached sulphate board. The baseboard used is not as smooth as the baseboard used for the Mirri H Range and therefore the finish is not as mirror like. The brightly finished Laser board also carries a print receptive primer, which makes it ideal for packaging, display and creative print applications.

Holographic silver range "Dotty Peril", "Hazy Days", "Silver Snow", "Vortex" & "Starlight"

The range is produced by laminating a metallised polyester film, which carries the micro-embossed holographic pattern, to a solid bleached sulphate board. We hold a limited range of patterns in stock at any one time, although other patterns are available to us subject to minimum order and lead time considerations.

Holographic Rainbow (shim free)

A laminate of rainbow holographic metalised polyester to solid bleached sulphate board.

This is a stock range in 1000 x 640 mm (shim free) and 450 x 640 mm (shim free). Stocked finish 290mic/240gsm, Over weights are available as a special making.

Holographic Disco

Disco is a laminate of silver metalised sparkle dots within a clear polyester film base.

This product is laminated to white solid bleached sulphate board and stocked in 1000 x 700 mm, 290mic/240gsm. Disco is most effective when laminated over a solid colour such as the Mirri H range of sheet fed laminated over print.

Prisma Card "Oyster White"

Prisma film is a clear iridescent laminating film that we laminate to solid bleached sulphate board. The finished effect is a pink/yellow pearlescent finished board often likened to mother of pearl hence its name "Oyster White". The Prisma film is also suitable for lamination onto coloured substrates to give a coloured pearlescent board; this can be produced subject to minimum order & lead-time considerations.

This is a stock range in 900 x 640 mm, 300mic/245gsm

Radiant Opal

Reintroduced in January 2005, Radiant Opal is available at 310 mic, 265 gsm in 2 colour ways - yellow/magenta 500 and blue/magenta 592, 700 x 1000mm long grain.

Special makings

Any of the previously mentioned products can be produced in different formats and sheet sizes subjects to our ability to source materials and the physical capabilities of our equipment.

We have laminated films of 12-75mm in thickness to substrates such as rigid PVC or other thin films for a variety of alternative end uses.

Printing

All our products can be printed offset litho, screen process and letterpress. If you are not used to working with Speciality Products we would advise close liaison with your ink supplier.

All our products are suitable for the following processes:

· Blind Embossing · Graining · Die Cutting
· Guillotining · Mounting · Corrugating

Pressure sensitive adhesive and transfer release paper can be applied to the reverse.

Proofing sheets are available for any trials that you may wish to run.
