NoiseFive is a world-renowned experimental design book, created by design agency Attik. With a limited run of 3,000 copies, Attik's self published book is available at selected book stores around the world, directly from Attik at £65 each, or available to win from us.
Attik partnered with Celloglas to execute their ambitious plan of offering hundreds of pages of exciting designs and more than 40 print finishes including rub and reveal heat sensitive inks, hot foils, silver latex scratch off inks, fluorescent screen print and hi build gloss varnishes.
Richard Pinkney Celloglas Director commented " We live for these kind of challenges and worked with our in-house experts to work out how we could achieve the desired results, that in many cases had never been done before".
Photocromatic technology (glow in the dark) Celloglas bring a level of intrigue to key pages within the book, as a selection of designs are light reactive, so the only way for all the full picture to be revealed is when the effects of the finishing kick in. Other effects used include screen printing to create bespoke colourings by mixing palates of colours until perfection was achieved; printing on silver latex- a feat not achually possible without some serious manipulation of processes underpinning the uncoated material with clear foil and fragrance burst, offering an essence of rubber!

The Full range of finishes covered in NoiseFive are;
Emboss, Deboss, Matt laminate, Spot UV gloss varnish, textured varnish, Hi-Build gloss varnish, Thermochromic Ink ( rub and reveal), photochromic ink(light reactive, Silver latex ( Rub/remove), Fragrance Burst
(Rubber), Fragrance Burst(Floral Bouquet) and foil blocking.
