Every year Printing World pick a selection of the finest print finishers to print five covers for their December issue.
For the second year running, Celloglas were asked to contribute to this printing portfolio.
Putting their stamp on the cover, Celloglas chose to print festive baubles highlighted with a range of creative finishes with multiple effects, showcasing their ability under the newly launched Cellocover.

Using Cellocover, Celloglas were able to print multiple finishes in just one pass and could share their shiny Christmas balls with everyone.
With the ability to run up to 15,000 sheets an hour with multiple effects, Cellocover can accommodate sheet size 340x480mm to 720x1020mm.
Celloglas has also recently completed several high profile projects including surrounding the launch of SKY HD, comprising of Johnny Depp running through the water, in which the water droplets are varnished, and the Cobra beer flyer, in which the Cobra bottle is UV varnished.

“With both UV and IR dryers we can offer a range of finishes”, says John Locke, Group Operations Director. “In addition to the standard commercial printer we will use this offline coater to service packaging customers with heat seals, greetings card producers with pearlescents and glitters, direct mail customers with re-moist glues for response products, promotional specialists with scratch off latex and web customers who don’t want to compromise print speeds with online coating.”
