Gloss OPP
Gloss OPP
(oriented polypropylene) lamination provides
a wide range of uses across the
whole spectrum of printed products. The
properties of good gloss and strength
and the advantages of low cost make it suitable
for all the following applications:
Company
report and accounts, Brochures, Catalogues,
Carrier bags, Greeting cards,
Book jacket covers,
Magazines, Maps, Labels, Point-of-sale
and Displays.
The standard film thickness
is 12 micron. Film can be laminated over
apertures and a window lamination created.

Matt OPP
This Matt finish coupled
with its smooth texture offers a very high
quality
image to brochures and book covers.
Matt finishes
are also particularly suited to
surfaces which need to be easily read such
as wall maps, but can be prone to
scuffing and should be handled with
care.

Silk OPP
This polypropylene film
appears midway between gloss and matt OPP
film
lamination and imparts a smooth natural
finish
to brochures and book
covers, giving
excellent clarity to the underlying print. Like matt opp the
surface can be prone to
surface scuffing and should be handled with care.

Gloss CelloGreen
Gloss CelloGreen lamination is better
suited to gluing and foil blocking than
OPP (oriented
polypropylene) and so is used typically
for
cartons. Acetate
is harder
and therefore less pliable than OPP.

Matt
CelloGreen
A matt CelloGreen lamination
finish, coupled with it's smooth texture,
offers a very
high quality image to brochures,
packaging and
pamphlets. Matt
finishes are particularly suited to surfaces which
need to be easily read such as
wall maps, providing strength and the elimination of
light glare in use. Matt acetate
has particularly good gluing properties but is prone
to surface scuffing and should be handled
with care.

Silk
CelloGreen
• This film appears midway between Gloss and Matt CelloGreen and imparts a smooth natural looking finish to any print surface - giving excellent clarity to the underlying print - while still offering protection and all the other attributes of CelloGreen to book covers, brochures and any printed material.
• Although the silk surface is less prone to showing marking and scuffing than matt surfaces - film laminates produced with Silk CelloGreen should still be handled with care during any further processing.

Semitone
'Semitone' is a member of the CelloGreen
family with a semi matt natural finish. The
lightly textured surface offers a very
high quality image
to brochures,
cartons,
and pamphlets. Problems with glare are avoided
by using matt films in general, but semitone
has greater clarity
than standard
matt
films, therefore
the
print
appears
to be clearer and brighter, making any text more
legible. Semitone has particularly
good
gluing properties and
the unique surface
is particularly resistant to
finger marking and scuffing when compared to other
matt
laminated products.

Polyester
Polyester film offers
extremely good heat and chemical resistance
and can be used,
for example, on high
quality table mats
or where print
requires protection
in aggressive environments, ie labeling of
chemicals.
Nylon
Nylon film offers good heat
and chemical resistance, together with
exceptional toughness, tear,
and scruff resistance
designed to
be used on products
that require extra durability such as workshop
manuals and where product flatness
is critical,
in high humidity.

Prisma
Our Prisma lamination is
an iridescent film. Prisma can be used
to create an
unusual range
of finishes
on print.
The
film is
particularly effective
on solid
colours.
