Celloglas (Hunslet) Diecut DIY Pop-Up Pinhole Camera

The Celloglas Hunslet site alongside their Diecut Finish operations have helped to produce a pinhole camera using their expert die-cut finishing experts for starter firm; The Pop Up Pinhole Co.

The company have created a Videre, which is a medium format pinhole camera that has been developed into a do-it-yourself kit so you can take your own pinhole photographs in style. Working without a lens, it instead uses a simple precision laser-cut 0.4mm pinhole to take photographs onto medium format film.

The kits are screen printed and die-cut onto thick recycled card and supplied with instructions, a spare medium format spool (reclaimed from some of the best darkrooms in London) and a precision laser-cut pinhole along with all of the other bits you’ll need to construct your Videre. All you need is a 120 film and some craft glue.

The Videre started life as a project on Kickstarter where they managed to just over double their original funding goal.

The Videre kits are 100% made in England and are available to order online now at: http://www.thepopuppinholecompany.com/order
