In Vogue | Case Study | Cellocover makes its mark on Vogue Celloglas' newly launched service, Cellocover, got off to a very prestigious start, having just produced Vogue's Sept 2008 covers.
Pushing the boundaries of Print A service that has been enthusiastically embraced by publishers across a range of sectors, Cellocover offers a combination of print finishes in one pass, providing publishers with more creative options at a greatly reduced price.
The Vogue covers were finished using a combination of matt aqueous flood coat, plus high gloss UV varnish to detailed areas. This combination gives a quality feel to the product and the highlighting in high gloss title areas ensures the product is distinctive on the shelf.
True Speed Masters Traditional methods would have taken in excess of 80 production hours to complete – using the new technology now available the whole job was produced in less than two shifts and at far more competitive price.
It opens a whole new world...
